Terms of Service
REcontract is a document-preparation tool for real estate professionals. It fills the forms; it is not your lawyer, your broker, or your TC.
Not legal advice
Everything on recontract.ai — filled forms, deadline calculations, plain-English explainers — is informational tooling, not legal advice. TREC-promulgated forms are intended for use by trained Texas license holders. You are responsible for reviewing every document before anyone signs it. When in doubt, ask your broker or an attorney.
Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself and give us accurate information. You own the deal data you enter; we store it only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy). You can delete it at any time.
Plans and payments
Reading a contract, computing its deadlines, the flags and explainers, the pipeline, and client links are free. You pay only to produce output — to build or amend a contract, download a filled packet, or deliver one. The unit is the deal: one price covers everything a single file needs.
- Free trial — a new account can produce up to 5 deals within its first 14 days, whichever runs out first. No card required.
- Per deal — $14.99 for one deal, one time. The contract you generate stays on your account and can be reopened, amended, and re-downloaded free.
- Subscriptions, billed by Stripe: Agent $49/month (5 deals/month), Coordinator $149/month (25 deals/month), Brokerage $399/month (100 deals/month). Annual plans are ten months' price for twelve. Included deals reset each billing period and do not roll over; once a period's deals are used you can buy more at the per-deal price.
Prices are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, which is calculated and shown at checkout.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless you cancel, your plan renews at the end of each billing period — monthly plans every month, annual plans every year — and the card on file is charged the then-current price for that plan (Agent $49, Coordinator $149, or Brokerage $399 per month; the corresponding annual amount for yearly plans). We will email a receipt for each charge.
You can cancel any time, and cancelling is as easy as subscribing: open Manage billing in your profile to reach the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel in a couple of clicks, update your card, or download invoices. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew again. Per-deal purchases are one-time and never renew.
Refunds. Because a downloaded packet is delivered immediately, per-deal purchases and the current subscription period are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong on our end — a charge you did not authorize, a duplicate, or output that failed to deliver — email support@recontract.ai and we will make it right.
Fair use
No reselling access, scraping the service, reverse-engineering, or using it to break the law or a form's own usage rules. Forms remain the property of their issuing bodies (for example, TREC).
No warranty
The service is provided "as is." We work hard to make the output exact — every packet is self-verified before download — but we are not liable for the outcome of your transaction, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
